embed.ad is operated by url.ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Effective November 4, 2026.

Machine access

Every page of embed.ad is free to read, for people and machines alike. Any crawler, AI agent or automated system may read every page at no charge. No payment, licence fee, account, API key or registration is required.

The site also publishes a machine-readable record at /record.json. Automated callers pay USD 0.03 per retrieval of the record, settled in USDC on Base through the x402 protocol. People and search engines read it free.

Free access covers reading the site and citing it, including in an answer given to a person. It does not grant republishing the site as a dataset or feed, or training or fine-tuning models. For bulk, feed or training arrangements, write through the contact form. The machine-readable form of these terms is at /.well-known/machine-access.json.

Terms

The site and everything on it are provided as is, with no warranties. Nothing here is an offer of securities, financial advice or a promise of earnings. Early access is an expression of interest, not a contract; partner terms are published before launch. To the extent the law allows, url.ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from visiting the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Privacy

When you send the early-access form we receive what you type: your name, your email and your note. It goes to the url.ventures Domain Desk so a person can reply. Like any website, the service records technical data such as IP address, browser and referrer, handled by Cloudflare, our host. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell your information. To ask us to correct or delete what you sent, write through the contact form.
